Solar Installation Team Leaders are managers in the field with our installation crews. They are responsible for the timeliness, professionalism, and installation quality of their assigned 3-4 man crew.

A minimum of 3 years construction experience is required.

Leadership experience is highly recommended.

Compensation is hourly at $12-$20 dependent on qualifications. Full time with benefits.

Solar is booming in Tucson and we need to keep up! Put your construction skills to use by helping local homeowners make their own renewable electricity!

Construction or electrical experience is highly recommended.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and withstand the strain of manual labor.

Will be required to purchase your own tools. We have programs to help you do so.

Compensation is hourly at $12-$17, dependent on qualifications. Full time with benefits.

We are looking for self motivated sales/solar energy professionals to join our team of Solar Energy Consultants.

The #1 challenge with solar power is education. Your job would be directly interacting and educating the public to help them make the right solar decision. You will be daily talking and marketing to homeowners our solar services as well as consulting with prospective homeowners who are looking at how solar power can save them money.

Excellent communication skills are required. You must be comfortable entering prospects’ homes.

Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience is required.

Solar power or construction experience is recommended.

You will need your own laptop computer and be able competent with Excel and Powerpoint programs.

Compensation is hourly at $10-$15, dependent on qualifications, plus commission. Full time and part time positions are available.

Solar Solution AZ is looking to expand its team of highly skilled solar marketing professionals.

When homeowners contact us regarding solar power, our solar marketing representatives are the ones to make first contact with the homeowner, explain a bit about our programs, and schedule a time for one of our highly trained solar energy consultants to explain more about our solar programs. You will be interacting with prospective customers over the phone and in person at local community events.

This is a perfect opportunity to gain the necessary experience to be a Solar Energy Consultant.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are required.

Must be able to make calls for 6-8 hours a day.

Customer service/sales experience recommended.

Compensation is $10-$14 an hour, dependent on qualifications, with the opportunity for occasional performance-based bonuses.
