5/51/2017Very professional organization. Solar Solution is knowledgeable about solar net metering and billing and provided the information I needed to make my decision to proceed. Free estimate session was extremely informative. I chose SS over Solar City because they were very clear about exactly what products were being installed on my house. It was clearly a superior product, and was installed by people I could actually talk to.

They took care of HOA notification, permits etc.
I was pleasantly surprised to see QC checks at multiple stages of installation.
Site was clean each day.
The installers were all very courteous and answered many of my queries during the installation.Overall a great experience from my perspective.

5/512/13/2016We recently had solar solutions AZ install solar panels on our home, and we r extremely pleased with the results!
The panels were energized within the last two weeks. From beginning to end, our experience was superb! The sales people were knowledgeable and not pushy. Once we signed a contract with them, they immediately assigned a project manager that became our single point of contact, which helped facilitate with the communication throughout the entire process.
They also gave us access to a project plan web-site so we could see the schedule of activities.
Once installed, they worked with TEP for the parts that the power company must do.
Once the panels were energized and creating electricity they scheduled a visit to the house to show us in detail how the electronics and data collection works.
Via a website named SolarEdge, all 37 panels are reporting individual power creation data that we can look at real-time and historically.
The panels they install have what they called “opitimizers” on each panel. They described the benefit of these in that you can then monitor the output of each individual panel to ensure maximum efficiency.
The free web-site shows you, among other things, the exact kilo-watt reading from each panel and not just a total for all.
So if u are collecting quotes, I would highly recommend that u put Solar Solutions AZ on the list!!!Karen M.
